Editing & Sharing Meeting Summaries

Metanotes makes it easy to manage and share your meeting summaries directly from the platform. Here's how you can edit and share your summaries seamlessly:

1. Editing Meeting Summaries

  • Accessing the Meeting: Once the meeting is complete, navigate to the “Conversations” tab on your Metanotes dashboard.

    Edit the Summary: Click the “Edit” button next to the meeting you want to modify. This will allow you to make adjustments to the summary, including:

    • Length: Adjust the length of the summary, whether you need a concise version or a detailed recap.
    • Tone: Select a tone that best suits your audience (formal, casual, etc.).
    • Translate: If your team speaks different languages, use the translate feature to convert the summary into the desired language.

2. Sharing the Summary

  • Generate a Shareable Link: After editing, click the “Share” button. This will generate a unique link to the meeting summary.
  • Copy & Share: Once the link is copied to your clipboard, you can easily share it via email, message, or any other communication platform with your team or clients.

3. Additional Tips

  • Collaborate on Edits: You can collaborate with team members on editing summaries to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Download Option: If you prefer, you can download the meeting summary and send it as a document attachment.
